#2 Nghề Làm Điện Xe Máy
Hế lô cả nhà, mình là Ú – Điệp Viên Nằm Vùng của Xe Ôm Shop. Mình đã phân vân rất nhiều là nên viết chuyên mục này dưới danh xưng là Shop hay là cá nhân. Nhưng để tránh những hiểu lầm kiểu bài viết chia sẻ như thế này là do sếp Hoàng viết nè, là chia sẻ đôi khi “hơi hướng” cá nhân hoá thì tự dựng là Shop cũng kì nên mình xin phép “lộ diện” nhá 😎.
Ú không phải là dân kỹ thuật làm điện xe nên khi chia sẻ về công việc này, Ú chỉ đưa ra cách nhìn mang tính cá nhân thôi nghen. Bởi vì Ú may mắn được là thành viên của Shop từ những ngày đầu thành lập, được thấy công việc của các bạn kỹ thuật viên làm việc mỗi ngày nên cũng chia sẻ những gì Ú quan sát nha. Cũng như để những bạn có muốn theo nghề làm điện xe cũng chuẩn bị tâm lý sẵn há.
Trong những ngành nghề về xe máy thì làm điện mang hơi hướng “nội tâm” nha. Vì sao vậy? Nếu làm dàn áo, nhìn sơ ở ngoài là biết, nếu làm máy thì chỉ cần chạy là biết thì làm dàn điện là cần thời gian để chứng minh cũng như cái tâm của người làm nghề. Bởi, chỉ cần một sự cố nhỏ thôi cũng dẫn đến cháy dàn điện, nổ xe à nha. Cái chính là phải tháo hết dàn áo ra, nhìn vào dàn điện bên trong xe mới đánh giá được tay nghề người thợ. Sự tỉ mỉ của việc sắp xếp dây điện, chứ hổng phải như quấn băng điện tè le từa lưa là được đâu nha.
Ở Xe Ôm Shop, các bạn thợ từ khi chập chững vào nghề khi còn là học viên có rất nhiều cơ hội được tiếp xúc với rất nhiều loại xe khác nhau, từ dòng xe nhỏ đến các dòng phân phối lớn. Nhờ lợi thế đó mà tay nghề của các bạn được cập nhật liên tục. Nhưng áp lực thì cũng nhiều, vì chỉ cần sai sót là sẽ ảnh hưởng tới sếp Hoàng, tới uy tín của Shop. Cũng như bao shop khác, thì Shop cũng dính không ít “phốt” từ shop đối thủ hay khách hàng. Để khi nào có dịp, Ú sẽ chia sẻ mấy vụ đó nhá. Anh em hứng thú thì bình luận cho Ú biết nha.
Vậy, nghề này yêu cầu những gì? Ú nghĩ yêu cầu đầu tiên là mê xe, yêu xe, nghiện xe. Cần có niềm đam mê với xe thì khi tự tay hoàn thành dàn điện cho xe mới cảm thấy thú vị và thoả mãn. Dù đặc tính nghề này chỉ cần chịu học là được, không khác mấy với nghề sửa xe cơ bản mà chúng ta thường biết. Vả lại, Xe Ôm Shop chuyên về Chống Trộm và Đèn Trợ Sáng nên lắp đặt những thiết bị này càng không yêu cầu “chuyên sâu kỹ thuật” cho lắm. Bởi Shop phát triển mạch lắp đặt cho cả hai dòng trên, nên chỉ theo đúng nguyên tắc là đấu đối đúng dây thì lắp đặt sản phẩm xong. Chỉ khó là nhiều khi gặp xe khách đã bị lỗi trước đó thì cần phải “fix” lại thôi hà.
Nghề nào cũng có cái sướng, cái khổ. Ú hay nghe sếp Hoàng nói là anh ấy chọn nghề này vì không phải dính dầu nhớt như sửa xe máy 😜. Bù lại, mỗi khi phải làm lại dàn điện của con xe nào đó là phải ngồi mò xuyên đêm, có khi từ ngày này qua ngày khác. Xe khách đưa tới, nếu là những dòng xe mới thì còn có thể lên mạng ra dây nào, màu gì, đấu đối thế nào. Chứ gặp mấy nghe cũ, từ thời ông bà mình thì phải…tự mò thôi. Nên mỗi khi Xe Ôm Shop nhận làm dàn điện cho xe thường mất mấy ngày, có khi cả tuần là vậy đó cả nhà. Nên nghề làm sạch sẽ chút thiệt, nhưng cái công người thợ bỏ ra là không hề ít nha.
Những chỗ khác làm điện ra sao thì Ú hổng biết, chứ ở Shop thì buộc không được cắt dây zin nè, phải luôn sử dụng jack cos chuyên dụng để nối dây. Điều đó giúp điện xe ổn định và đảm bảo an toàn khi vận hành. Mà hổng phải muốn bấm jack cos thế nào là bấm đâu. Ú thấy mấy bạn học viên mới vô toàn phải ngồi bấm jack cos mỗi ngày cho quen tay, nhớ hồi xưa Ú cũng hí hửng thử bấm mà công nhận đau tay thiệt chứ không phải dễ. Chưa kể bấm đúng lõi để dây điện vào cũng cần phải quen tay rất nhiều.
Thường ở Shop, khách tới lắp sẽ ngồi quan sát thợ làm. Đặc biệt khi lắp cái sản phẩm có giá trị như Tăng Sáng nè, Chống Trộm nè nên thợ làm luôn có sự quan sát từ khách hàng. Chính khách hàng trực tiếp đánh giá được tay nghề người thợ qua cách làm việc. Nên nhiều học viên mới lên làm xe cho khách sẽ hơi khớp tí tẹo. Đặc biệt, khách tới shop đa phần cũng là dân chơi xe chứ không phải “mít đặc” hổng biết mô tê gì. Tâm lý làm xe cũng phải vững, khách hỏi cũng phải biết cách trả lời, chứ không phải chỉ ì ạch làm xe không đâu nha.
Nói chung, nghề này không yêu cầu cao mà chỉ cần yêu thích là học được và làm nghề được. Còn cái tâm của nghề thì tuỳ thuộc vào môi trường và tính cách của người thợ. Sự tỉ mỉ, cầu toàn là cần phải có à nghen.
